Tonya was really great at getting me in to look at houses as soon as I found ones I liked! She was really responsive and answered all of my questions. Tonya was helpful at explaining what needed to be done when I put offers on houses and was dedicated to making sure I was happy with my final choice! She stuck with me through what ended up being a long process (because I bought new construction) and never faltered at how readily available she was the entire time!

Jon was amazing from the start. He explained the entire process from the beginning and was always available to answer any questions we had. Once we had an offer in on the house he was very attentive and made sure everything was addressed in a timely manner. He worked very hard to make sure that this was a smooth process for us as buyers - and it was a very smooth process despite dealing with a very difficult seller. I would highly recommend him to anybody who is interested in buying or selling a home!!

Jon is great! Jon helped my fiancé and I begin looking at a home we had our eye on for some time. After coming to an agreement with the seller the process quickly became a roller coaster of back and forth but through all the frustration Jon had it covered. He fought for us every step of the way to make sure we achieved our goal in the deal. Jon is an honest guy who really cares about his customers. I am happy to say that I am writing this review from the couch in our new home thanks to Jon’s hard work!

Jon is a spectacular agent. Previously, he was in the mortgage world before becoming a realtor, so he has extensive knowledge in both areas. Any questions I had, he knew the answers to. While searching for houses, he would send suggestions / lists of homes in the area and was never, ever pushy. I appreciate that. My home buying process was also an absolute breeze. I highly recommend him.

The idea of buying my own home was just as overwhelming to me as it was exciting. There are so many things you need to look for, be aware of, cautious of when looking at homes. Jon was the logic when I was the emotion, when I saw something as a mountain he helped me understand it was only a mole hill. I wouldn't have been able to do this without his knowledge and support. To say I would recommend him is an understatement.

Jon was great from start to finish. He helped us in purchasing our first home and worked with us through the process of getting to know what was important to us as buyers and helped to put together homes we might like that we found and that he found for us as well. The house we ended up going with is one he found after 2.5 weeks of getting to know what was best for us and it is perfect. We are all moved in and couldn't have gotten through the process without Jon's guidance and explaining each step as we got there. I have recommended Jon to friends and family already and hope everyone can get the same great home buying experience we had.
