We called Jason Papp when we decided to downsize to a one level townhome. He did a neighborhood survey and was able to tell us what our home should list for. He gave us great advise on how to make our house the most appealing to buyers. He had pictures taken and posted on line then he held several open houses. Our house sold very quickly and in the mean time he helped us find a new place which was not easy because one level townhomes are very much in demand. As soon as they come on the market they are snapped up. We put money down on several but didn't get them because of bidding wars. Jason kept on top of the listings and let us know as soon as one came available. He even sent out letters to townhome owner in our desired area to see if they were interested in selling.. Jason was willing to run all over to show us homes whenever there was one open. After many showings we were able to find just the right place for us. Jason was there to help us through all phases from showing our house to the closing and we would call him again if we ever need a great realtor!
