He was responsive and delightful to work with. He showed us plenty of properties and wasn’t shy to let us know the positives and negatives that he saw which was vital in helping us decide on a home. The balance between offering caution and recommendations is one he absolutely achieved. Where he really shined was after the decisions were made, he went to bat for us and the amount of stress he took off our plates made a world of difference. What can I say about Maggie? She’s the best. We had an uphill battle with finding a place in our price range in the area we wanted to live, and never did she suggest we settle for someplace else. She had our backs the whole way, and the only reason we have our house — when we weren’t even the highest offer, mind you — is because of her.

From the start of our transaction to the closing George continually went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Constant contact, great recommendations and referrals, and a warm friendly approach are his trademarks. George genuinely cares about and for his clients. It was clear that he took personal satisfaction helping us find the best home in the best neighborhood within our budget. The purchase of our home was a tricky one due to the sellers agent acting as power of attorney for international clients. Without George I don't know how long our closing would have been delayed. He went above and beyond to get us to close in a timely fashion. We have felt that working with George to be an incredible boon to the homebuying process, and without him representing us the sale might not have worked out. He was able to advocate for us countless times and I'm happy to call him a friend.

Tim Dahl is an excellent real Estate Agent and will always go above and beyond for his client. Along with being superb at his job, he has great integrity and has great character. He makes himself very accessible to you in case you have any questions or concerns. Tim gave his cell to me and told call him at any point with any questions or concerns. Tim works very hard to get you the best deal and still makes it very clear that he works for YOU and will make sure you are properly informed to make an informed decision. When I had several offers, he went over with me the pros and cons of each offer so i could make a informed decision. When I needed to have some extra services to help clear out the house, Tim informed me of some people I could check into that could possibly help me out. The next time I need to either buy or sell a home, he is most definitely my number one pick.
