We met Judy through a friend very early in our home search process and were immediately struck by her pleasant and welcoming personality. Recognizing our inexperience, she started us off with a fabulous introduction to Westport that included a tour of its various neighborhoods and their respective pros and cons. Soon we started looking at houses, and her astute and candid advice helped us understand our own needs and wants. Her insight even drilled down to views on lots, home positioning on the lot, quality of build materials, design/aesthetics and ease of resale. Throughout this educational journey, which spanned nearly two years and countless hours of home and neighborhood tours, Judy was exceptionally patient, responsive and available often at extremely short notice. From that perspective, it was truly one of the best customer experiences we have ever had. Finally after two years of working with us tirelessly, when we did identify a house we liked, Judy was efficient, fastidious and savvy in helping us finalize the deal. Throughout the closing process, she was keenly attentive to minute details and kept an eye on where the puck was heading, dealing with matters before they even became issues. She has even helped us pick service providers for maintenance and improvements on our home! We were referred to Judy by our agent who sold our house in California. We met with her almost immediately after we arrived in CT and almost immediately went out looking at houses with her. She gave us great insight into the area as it related to our needs and wants. We came to the table with ideas of our own, but with her frankness and knowledge, she had us rethink some of what we were thinking, and we are glad we did. She was responsive and very available, as we were eager to find our new house. We were targeted in our searching and were quick to move onto the next house if a certain house wasn't a fit....and we seemed to be on the same page on this very quickly once we entered and decided it wasn't for us. I liked and appreciated the nuanced advice she gave when looking at houses. Not only did she understand what we would like for a house to live in now, but also the pluses and minuses it might cause down the road when we would want to sell - which to me was very important. As an extra plus, she was also very good at giving us design ideas that would improve the house, which we did before we filled it with furniture. I certainly recommend her services.

We recently moved into our third home in Westport and can honestly say that Judy is the very best out there! We would know because my wife and I have bought 2 homes from her and sold 2 with her. Both of ours sold immediately because she gave us the best advice on what needed to be done to our homes in order to prepare for the sale. Judy is as smart and compassionate as she is a seasoned and consummate professional. She is a superior negotiator, is NEVER pushy and is incredibly ethical, which is of the utmost importance to us. Judy has always been quick to respond to any phone call or text and is always on time (and usually early) to every appointment. We looked forward to our meetings with Judy because she is as real and down-to-earth as they come. She listened to us and understood what we were looking for or asking for. It’s no surprise that her hot pink signs are all over town, and though she has more signs in town than any other realtor, she always made us feel as though we were her top priority. Next time we move, and there will be a next time, we will proudly display a hot pink sign on our front lawn!
