Tatiana was instrumental in managing a quick sale of our home (full asking price). Prior to marketing she advised on staging and preparing to sell. She was gentle and kind but also completely honest in telling us things we needed to know. Consequently we had 2 full price offers within hours of listing (and could have had more if we wanted to foster a bidding war). On the buying end she helped us navigate a challenging situation and guided us in dealing with several unique difficulties. She coached us in continuing to think logically and not allowing emotions to push decisions. I would (and have) recommended her. One of our friends is about to finish a move after having sold and bought with Tatiana. I know she will always act honestly and ethically and care for interests of her clients.

As newcomers to the Midwest, Cindy was the perfect real estate agent to work with. We gave her our wish list and she diligently went to work seeking out properties that would work well for us. She knows the area well and found beautiful options, making it a hard decision for us! Cindy was immediately on hand for any questions, no matter the time, would immediately get on scheduling showings, when asked, and always made us feel like her priority, even though she was quite busy. The closing process can be stressful, but Cindy worked tirelessly to get all the details sorted out for us, scheduling all the necessary appointments, walking us through the signing process, and constantly following up with us at every step to ensure we were comfortable and "in the know". Perhaps her greatest appeal to us was that she wasn't pushy. She would step back and let us take the properties in, not talking too much about them or trying to sell us on them. I wanted a home with a lower level, with a separate entrance. so my son could live with me until he was done with schooling, talk about a NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK! She found some homes that were close but not right .... then one day the call came.
