We had a preliminary discussion with Mike about listing our home. Two days later he had collected and analyzed good comps in our area to review with us and set market price. Within a week the house was on the market, with broad listings and brochures which included great photography hlighting the features of our home, and open houses established that weekend. Our home sold quickly. We chose Mike because of his knowledge of local market, and particular expertise of lake property. He was extremely responsive and helpful in getting our house ready for sale and throughout the process. He even helped us negotiate the sale of personal property with the home. We had have extensive experience relocating/selling homes over the years, and could not have been more pleased with our choice of Mike as our realtor.

Mike was a real partner of ours in the process. He literally chipped in and helped us prepare aspects of the home for sale ... in our absence during the listing period he arranged for a landscape resource, fixed a hot water heater closet, painted our garage door, and pulled our dock out of the lake. Given our experience with other realtors, Mike truly went above and beyond. He generated over 40 showings and had Open House events very frequently over the Summer of '17. Mike suggested and worked with a very good Staging resource, who we strongly believe aided in the sale of the home. He took the time to discuss strategies, real estate protocols, and simply "hear us out" on issues important to us. We would sincerely recommend his services.

Mike is an excellent real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the best interest of his clients in mind. Mike gives advice and encouragement without being pushy, and was very patient throughout the stressful process of showing and selling a home. He went above and beyond as we were getting it ready to sell and open houses. I would highly recommend Mike and would be lucky to work with him again in the future.
