I would like to thank you for all Your assistance in 1) getting the house emptied (garage sales, finding charities, packing bags for charities, finding haulers for mattresses, haulers for left over furniture), 2) getting me to stage house, fight my battle on staging invoice, getting staging cost deferred, 3) pricing house for it to go under contract in 8 days, over the prayer price of $800m. 4) finding a Plumber to fix the inspection issue, 5) meeting garage sale people, staging people, plumbers, and many others through out the whole process 6) negotiating with the buyers and their representative so I never had to get involved 7) plus many other items I have failed to mention
