I have know Joe for 40 plus years from my home building years back in the early 80’s . We got to meet Emeri who walked us through the current market trends and ideas for making our home more marketable. We agreed on what we thought was a fair market value. We put almost all of Emeri suggestions in place and the home looked amazing. The photographer they used was excellent and the twilight photos and videos really brought the home to life. We were very impressed and the home sold quickly.
