A competent professional !!
Andrea has a firm knowledge of the market and the skills to facilitate purchasing a home . She was always available to seek out answers and to provide assistance with procedures. She put forth attention to detail and had our best interests always in mind. I recommend her without reservation.

Stress-free experience
I had been receiving emails from Barbara for several years about the sale of my house and the value as compared to the comps in the area. When I decided to sell my house I knew that Barbara was well-versed in my property and neighborhood. From the time my house was listed with Barbara until the closing everything moved along very smoothly and very professionally and very efficiently.

Furthermore her patience and knowledge with my first time home buying experience made my purchase actually enjoyable instead of the stress I hear from others in the home buying process. She happily made the drive even to Tampa for me to check out homes, and had references for home improvement helpers and ideas as we walked through my new home. Great human being and relator.

Andrea was extremely attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. She showed us many places when we were in in Florida’s since we live in CT. These were very busy days, but it helped us narrow down our final choice in property. The sale went smoothly and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Wally knows the area and was of great assistance to us. We bought this house as an investment and Wally was so very helpful with the questions we had regarding the area. we are from the north and find things a little different here in Florida and Wally filled in the gaps of knowledge for us.

Condo purchase with Pam Moll
Pam Moll was a professional and knowledgeable agent, and went above and beyond to facilitate our transaction! We purchased property remotely, which could have been problematic, but Pam took care of everything locally on our behalf, even being present for a utility connection after closing. Highly recommend her as an agent!

Great Experience
I worked with Lynn when relocating to Florida from another state. She was lovely to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about areas and schools systems.
