Larissa was fantastic, I would recommend her to my best friends and family!I was an out of state buyer and Larissa make extra accommodations to make it possible. I flew from San Diego to Tampa, she then took me on a tour to view homes that suited my taste, I then put an offer in on a home I love, and had the offer accepted less than a week later!Larissa was responsive, informative, and extremely helpful through the entire process. I thought we would be looking for houses for weeks or months and I would have to make multiple trips/flights, but because of Larissa’s grit and determination. I ended up with my dream home with one trip to the area! She also has thee best and honest connections in the area for home inspections, plumbing inspections, and all things repairs. 10/10 would recommend.

she was excellent. helped us pack and kept roberta calm. i was just unhappy that she said buyer was paying closing cost when i asked. but at the closing roberta had to pay closing cost as well. i dont recall ever being told that roberta had to pay one. but doesnt matter now. she was a joy to work with and roberta adored her. they became fast friends. i would use her again and will refer when the time arises. she is a very compassionate person and that is a plus.roberta met her in the hospital and became friends there.

This is a second review for Tyson. I used Tyson again to sell my home. Tyson helped me buy this home in Florida. It was no brainer that I reached out to him again to help me with selling the property. Tyson is very patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He helped with everything with selling the home he works around my schedule and never felt pressured throughout the process. I joked that Tyson is hassle-free, but you will know firsthand if you opt to use his service. He didn't rush or push us like some of the other realtors did, therefore if you want a realtor who will support you, be patient, and get it done, then Tyson is absolutely your guy. He is awesome!!! and in future if I need to buy home in St. Pete or Tampa I will reach out to him again.
