As a first time home buyer, I had a lot that I did not know about home buying. Mikahla was very patient and informative through out the entire process. She explained things to me and made sure I had all the information to make an educated decision. She knew the market and how it worked. She was accommodating when it came to my work schedule and went out of her way to make sure things were done in a timely manner. She was efficient, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.I am forever thankful that she was my agent during the huge decision of buying my first house. Highly recommend.

Don’t let her youthfulness fool you, she has a keen sense for this business, likely learning much from her father Gary having spent decades in the industry. We’ve used Michaela several times in recent years and will certainly do so again should the opportunity present itself.

Mikahla did an outstanding job for me on the recent sale of home. She was with me every step of the way and was extremely helpful in scheduling handymen and other tradesman to do necessary repairs, clean up, etc. She even bought and replaced the rubber water seal for the shower door! Mikahla is a very positive and upbeat person who is able to neutralize the angst and worry of selling a home. Her suggestions and assistance helped me negotiate a smooth and painless closing. She was in it with me every step of the way!
