To start with they used a professional photographer to take awesome pictures, they did drone pictures, they did a 3D tour and a video tour so that by the time you viewed our home online you had a very good idea what you were looking at. Brandon recommended that we do a "Coming Soon" and the first weekend on the market we had over 40 showings, a very well attended open house and 17 offers. We attribute a lot of the success of the sale of our home to their marketing strategy. They were very thorough during every aspect of our home sale.
