•It has taken me a while to write this review as we are now closing our new home on the East Coast. I worked with Seet in 2010 as my realtor as a buyer for my first home in Pinole. It was a fixer but Seet never strayed me away from the potential I knew the home had. After 10 years of repairs and a career change, we decided we needed to sell and the first person I called was Seet where the home tripled in value. I knew I could trust her with handling the paperwork, her attention to detail, responsiveness and ability to get honest information is the best qualities in a realtor. Seet handled everything perfectly, she helped us identify key fixes and gave us a reasonable timeline. Seet was always responsive to texts and phone calls as well did in person showings, inspections etc. Highly recommend to anyone considering her as a realtor.
