When our paths crossed with Marsha we weren't looking for our forever realtor. She was the real estate agent associated with one of the first houses we liked enough to call for a viewing and we were actually nervous about taking that leap. Elizabeth Lindquist did an absolutely excellent job helping to sell our home. She was always available and she knew the market. She understood the details of getting a home ready to sell and then marketing it. She prepared an information binder, held open houses, and worked tirelessly until we achieved a successful sale. She was also very personable and calm which we greatly appreciated! I highly recommend her.

I have know Charlotte for about 15 years. First I actually met her when we worked for the same company. I was impressed with how she worked for her clients. She does put their best interest as a priority. When I was no longer in real estate she worked as my buyer agent twice and sellers agent once. She never once pressured me to make a certain decision. I was given all the facts, made sure I understood them and made suggestions. She knew the market and came prepared when listing and when I was buying. She had an extensive list of vendors for whatever need I may have. When negotiating it's like she already knew what may come back as a counter and had me prepared for it when I needed to. Charlotte is up front and honest and very professional. She made me feel like I was her only client. I will use her again and will continue to send referrals her way. I'm so glad that I have a forever realtor my needs.
