I cannot say enough positive things about working with Marsha!!!! She impressed me from the very beginning with her knowledge of the home selling process and REALLY knew her stuff! Selling your home during a pandemic takes some out of the box thinking and we felt very comfortable having Marsha there to guide us. Marsha's communication was paramount and very prompt. She had an answer to all of our questions and if she didn't, she found that answer and shared it within minutes. She was always there at any time for a phone call or text. To say Marsha was a pleasure to work with would not give her enough credit; she was so much more!!! We were expecting the home selling process to be quite the headache, but in working with Marsha, it was the absolute opposite. When we hit a few bumps in the road, she guided us through it without a hitch! If you are possibly interested in selling your home you will have ZERO REGRETS in working with Marsha. Her dedication to her clients best interest and exceptional communication really shows!! 5/5 stars would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! :)

Marsha has a gentle demeanor, but she is thoroughly professional. She was on top of the whole process and made sure that all of our questions were answered. She represented us well in both a home purchase and a home sale.

I would highly recommend Marsha. We had an unusual title situation with a property my sister who is out of state was purchasing. Marsha was attentive to detail and stayed on top of all parties involved (attorney, builder, HOA) for daily updates. She kept both my sister and I updated at all times. She was always available to answer questions. Knowledgeable on all aspects of home buying and reached out to get us answers to anything she didn’t know. And when we had concerns if the sale would ever go through Marsha was always there with her calm disposition reassuring us that everything will work out. And it did! We were truly pleased to have her on our team.

When our paths crossed with Marsha we weren't looking for our forever realtor. She was the real estate agent associated with one of the first houses we liked enough to call for a viewing and we were actually nervous about taking that leap. It was one of the best decisions we made. Marsha did everything we could have asked of her - she listened to what we wanted and made the search process so much simpler than we ever imagined. She was patient, honest, always available for our never-ending questions and we truly felt she was invested in our family. If we could give Marsha 50 stars, we would!
