Becky Vail from Coldwell Banker Access Realty was our agent representing us in the sale of our home in Saint Marys, Georgia. The process in part had added complexity because we had vacated the house and moved across the country, then the house was listed for sale. From the moment we had made plans to depart and the house was being shown in our absence, Becky was excellent. Because we were thousands of miles away, any details or logistics that needed to be assessed or handled locally couldn't be directly dealt with by us while the house was for sale and then under contract; therefore, we relied heavily on Becky. Becky went above and beyond to help us with challenges that popped up along the way, whether as she prepared the house for listing or while she tirelessly worked through matters that needed to be handled during the contractual period. She was always reachable and responsive to any questions we had or any problems that arose. One of Becky's greatest strengths is that in the potentially stressful climate of selling a house, she is both always cheerful and positive but also decisive and effective, and she gets on the phone to get things resolved with strength and diplomacy when needed. Further, she was always there when we needed her if we were concerned about the process or a detail, and she seemed to almost read our minds and could answer our questions thoroughly and comfortingly even if sometimes our questions were disorganized or confusing! Becky represented us in both the purchase and the sale of our beloved home in Saint Marys, Georgia, and we cannot recommend her enough.
