My husband and I thoroughly recommend Thomas Kersey, who did a great job selling my in-laws' house. My husband was tasked with selling the house for his parents, who had recently moved out of state. We are also located out of state and therefore very reliant on Thomas to handle all aspects of the sale. From beginning to end, we felt that we were in good hands given Thomas’ expertise and experience. Thomas’ engagement went beyond traditional real estate agent expectations – during the sales process he was in frequent contact and kept us fully up to speed on showings and any adjustments needed. But where he really assisted and guided us was once we got to the offer stage – we received two offers almost simultaneously and he was able to negotiate as well as advise which was better, especially as both offers had contingencies. He examined the home market of the potential buyers and was able to clearly identify which offer was “less risky” - and then he negotiated a higher price from those buyers! Once under contract, the house needed some repairs, and being out of state, we worried about managing that. Not to worry – Thomas got bids and arranged all the work. We only had to approve the estimate and never even had to speak with a contractor. That made it easy on us. Bottom line, Thomas delivered, and made a potentially difficult process as easy and smooth as possible. We had tremendous peace of mind throughout knowing he was “in our corner”.

Stacey is an amazing realtor. She had professional pictures of our home taken and the house was listed with 24 hours. During the home selling process she was always available and quick to return phone calls and text messages. She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience and I always felt like I was her only priority. Our house was on a private road and the buyer used his VA benefits to purchase. The VA requires a maintenance agreement for neighborhoods on private roads. Our neighborhood did not have an agreement in place. Stacey spent hours door knocking, getting documents signed and notarized, and having the agreement placed on file at the county. She truly went above and beyond to help us sale our home.
