The most helpful quality of Laura was her flexibility in staying in the home during few showings, appraisal and home inspection to ensure all visitors kept their masks on during this pandemic. Initially, she also recognized the unique workmanship and value of the home, although that changed with low-ball offer by an agent and cost us an additional $1500 to unnecessarily replace a door. Unfortunately, once we had a signed offer, backup offers were prevented because of Zillow and Realtor.com problems that lasted weeks. When it came time for my husband and I to list our home for sale in The Haven, we researched all possible options available to us and even inquired with a few consumer advocacy groups to find the best fit for us.
