Arica has has the information you need to buy a home in Southern Colorado...

Arica is a professional while at the same time extremly passionate when introducing the realestate market in La Veta/Walsenburg. She knows her stuff relating to process and legal matters. We had to deal with a unique challege regarding our home purchase. The distance between where we were trying to sell and a home and the home we wanted to buy interfered with face to face communication, needed for us elder folks. We made it work, though.
