If you’re looking to sell or purchase a home then Virginia is your go to Realtor. She’s very knowledgeable in the market as well as being able to negotiate on both ends of the deal. She is a 110 out of 100.

Virginia was stellar from start to finish. She was very helpful in all aspects of the selling of my home. She always communicated with me in a timely manner. Virginia was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend her.

I had an amazing experience with David. He is a very knowledgeable agent who is definitely looking for your best interest at heart. It’s not all about financial gain with him, he builds a genuine connection with his clients to get them the home of their dreams. Definitely recommend him and is very helpful for first time home buyers!!!

David Coate has done two Realestate deals for me and working on a third. He has extensive knowledge of the area. He is honest, professional and communicates constantly throughout the process. He even helps with providing information in areas beyond the sale or purchase of the house.

Every time we have trusted David, he has not disappointed. He is uncommonly honorable; and exceptionally responsible, professional, and thorough. No one is more punctual, helpful, and talented to the point of being gifted in his vocation, in every respect. His performance is as reliable in both, our buying and selling. He is patient with the extensive inspections we have done when buying; and, he arranges everything efficiently.

David was just great! Arranged all our house viewings with ease! So knowledgeable about all details ! Was a huge help with closing issues when we did find our perfect home! Would recommend him to everyone!

David's knowledge of the rental market, 1031 exchange process was very good. I would highly recommend David for any real-estate need.
