Rob Tarziers epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Rob currently works for Kelly Right Real Estate of Alabama LLC a client orientated brokerage. Rob grew up on Signal Mountain in Chattanooga, TN and started his desire for sales at an early age selling his lawn services and car detailing business. He has continued his quest to succeed by becoming a successful sales person and business man for over 35 years working all over the continental United States. He has been accomplished in every aspect of sales from executive accountant, sales trainer, district manager and regional manager for large fortune 500 companies and smaller owner operated businesses dealing with commercial and residential markets. Rob is a family man with a devotion to God and his beautiful wife and four children currently live in Fairhope, Al. An athlete by nature he loves biking, snow skiing and swimming, while enjoying hobbies with cars, motorcycles, racing, travelling, and just being part of his local community. Because of Rob’s training and drive to help others, he uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He works with lenders, inspectors, builders, and contractors and initiates communication in every detail of the client transaction, from the first phone call, text, or email all the way to close. Rob was AMAZING!!

Not only did he get the home we were selling sold very quickly, but was a huge help in the home that we purchased. He showed us quite a few homes before we found the one that we knew the minute we walked thru the front door it was meant for us. We were not going to get an appraisal because we were paying cash, but Rob strongly suggested that we do, so we did, and he saved us $30,000 by getting that appraisal!!! He went above and beyond the day before our closing as well. We were unable to go to the final walk-through so he went for us and even videotaped so we could see as well. I would strongly recommend using him for Not only the sale of your home, but also to help you find your next one!!

Works around the clock!

Rob was a good advocate for us, and always at the ready to research and explore our options and needs from beginning to end of the house search and sale. He is very knowledgeable about the Baldwin County and Gulf Shores areas when we wanted to expand our search. He is so patient and makes himself available! Such a great realtor and person to work with!

Big move, beyond happy results!

Rob was on our side from the moment we made contact. He asked really good questions, and each house we saw was a result of that Q&A. There was no trying to buy bigger, there was no “fear” comments to push us. We moved from WI, and Rob spent allot of time with us in the week we were down here looking at homes. In the morning and into the evenings. Rob was open and honest, truly had our best interests. We had great conversations, told us details about the area. We were only vacationers once down here, and there is allot. Along with informing us on places to check out, to eat, he got down into the details of how life is down here and how to up keep a Southern house. We were amazed at the difference from WI. That certainly helped us in our decisions. Rob thank you for everything, you truly blessed us!!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated service.

Rob took the time to understand what we were looking for, our price range, and areas we would be happy to live in. He took the time to also tell us about each area and what we could expect.
