Rushed blessings!

Yassah and Yaneth have changed our entire lives in the most positive way possible. We are a military family, who just recently moved from Colorado Springs due to a sudden military move. On October of 2023, my husband fell on orders and he was to report with his family by November 27. We became frantic because we needed to find a home fit for our family in a short amount of time. This is where Yassah and Yaneth came in. Yaneth was referred by my husband’s mother. Yaneth met with us via phone, and found that we would like to live in Maryland. Because her license is only in Virginia, she needed help from a team member with a license in Maryland, and that’s where Yassah came in. Truly working together was a blessing. I only had one weekend with the dream team to find a home suitable for my family. The house I believed to be THE ONE wasn’t going to be on the market until that Saturday. When the Lord opened those doors and we found our dream home, Yaneth and Yassah made the whole process, fast easy and made it affordable. This review is a true testament. I have no connection with these realtors. They were kind, attentive and responsive; considering the time frame. They did whatever possible, to make sure that we had a home when we moved to MD. I highly recommend them both.

Above and Beyond Realtor!

They’re great realtors, and then there’s Yaneth. There are no words to describe how great of a person she is and an amazing realtor. Not only was she able to explain everything to us in a way that we understood, but she went above and BEYOND to be able to give us our dream home. We had many, many hurdles in our path. However, Yaneth and her team were able to help us on every step of the way. Every time I would lose hope that our deal will fall apart. She would always inform me that we will make it happen. She never lost hope in us and the process. Yaneth and her team worked so hard from day 1 to closing day. I cannot recommend her enough. Yaneth will make you feel like you can do anything and actually make it happen. She gave us a beautiful gift that made me cry, and she will forever be part of my family’s story.

First and foremost Vielka and LaTonya service was phenomenal! They made every effort to make sure my home was in top notch shape and sold for above market value.
