Through every step of the entire, and very intimidating process of buying a home, the whole team were easy to deal with, kind, and always willing to help. They made the process of buying a home manageable and easy. My wife and I are first time home buyers, so we were very anxious about the process because we simply did not know what we didn't know. Lane and his team came highly recommended from people I work with, so we went with them. Not only did Lane spend time with us to educate us about the process, but his team was always there to help us along. The process began over a year ago, but hit a bit of a stall because of funding issues on our end. But even after several months, Lane remembered my wife and I and we got through the finding, offer/acceptance, and escrow process without a hitch - all with the help of him and his amazing team. Every member of his team made it known to us very clearly that they were looking out for our needs and never pressured us for anything. Even their recommendations for homeowners insurance, home inspectors, lenders, and home cleaners were great.
