I had delt with 2 other highly rated realtors before i crossed paths with Renetta and had been having a horrible experience with them. Once i finally found a place and got an accepted offer, I had a very difficult time leading up to closing due to having to switch lenders and through all the issues and drama, she was there. She made everything as simple and clear as possible for me to understand. She answered every call and text within minutes if she couldnt answer right away. Shes very easy to work with and i would recommend her to anyone looking!

Diane was so kind, attentive, knowledgeable, communicative, and resourceful throughout the entire home-buying process. This was our first experience buying a home. To say we were nervous about the process would be an understatement. Diane walked us through the process and properly managed our expectations regarding what homes we were candidates for, what areas would yield the greatest success in our search, and provided us with realistic expectations of what our first home might look like. Diane was communicative throughout the entire process. From calls, emails, and texts it was assuring to know that we could quickly get ahold of her and always felt like we were her only client. With the current competitive market it was important for us to see a new listing and immediately set up a showing if we were interested. Diane was always willing to accommodate for us and we were almost always on the property for a showing within a few hours of our request. One especially valuable asset was Diane's knowledge toward home renovation and maintenance. Her husband was a contractor for years and she has learned a lot from their own property restorations. We could ask her almost any question regarding water heaters, HVAC, wells, plumbing, etc. and she would have an answer. We most appreciated her honesty in this area as she could give us insights to whether or not this property would need additional renovations or would be move-in-ready. She did all this without swaying our opinion one way or the other, simply presenting the facts and allowing us to reach our own conclusions. This process could not have been more seamless or easy with Diane. When it came time to close she quickly sent us all documents needed and communicated with the sellers leaving our job pretty easy--sign papers. We loved our experience with Diane and feel we have a lifelong friend in our corner.
