Dawn has exceptional communication skills ,she kept us in the loop at all times and was very prompt with answers to our questions throughout the whole process of selling our house. It is very common when selling a house to have unexpected problems or challenges come up. When these challenges or hurdles came up she dealt with them effectively and expediently.
