Excellent, friendly, communicative, and successful experience with Mary!
We have all the positive things to say! My family and I are so appreciative of having been introduced to Mary. Our mom had a bad accident, leaving her with mobility challenges, and she had to move on in short order to another house. Her old house was lived in for 20 years and was in serious need of maintenance. Mary saw the challenges with the house, but also saw it's potential (e.g., location, school district, lot size, neighborhood elements). Mary and her team were absolutely critical in the sale of our mother's home - from helping us better understand the value of the house to the clean out to marketing to open houses and final signatures. Mary was always very transparent and communicative so that we knew exactly what steps were taking place and what our options were. She leveraged her network to make sure that the sale was well distributed to potential buyers. Mary never lost her patience and she ultimately sold our mom's home. The buyers are excited about the house; my family is relieved to be able to move on to another house. Thank you, Mary, for all that you've done to help us!
