I cannot say enough about the dedication and energy of Ms. Mary Dees. When she says she’ll get it done… she gets it done and then some!!! She went above and beyond expectations !! I had a really really tough sale/situation and was feeling a bit hopeless, overwhelmed, and stressed. Mary was a Godsend !!! I truly believe NO ONE would have taken on this task!!! Mary stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park!!! Her honesty and knowledge are like No other !!! Thank you again for ALL you have done.. Could not have done it without YOU!!

Mary is very professional and at the same time personal. She doesn't put on airs when dealing with prospective buyers. She is also always available for answering questions and definitely knows what she is doing. It was absolute pleasure working with her. If we were ever to buy another house we would use her again.

She leveraged her network to make sure that the sale was well distributed to potential buyers. Mary never lost her patience and she ultimately sold our mom's home.
