Kelly went above and beyond the normal service expectations. In a difficult market she got the viewings coming thick and fast!! When we came across a problem just before completion she got it sorted with no panic. This was great for us being located in the UK. She saved me a flight over and gave us total piece of mind. Very knowledgeable about the market place. I had difficult questions and she always promptly answered them. Even researched solar panels that were part of the sale, but I knew nothing about the requirements for the solar company, Duke Energy, and myself. Without fail, she negotiated a lower price AND had seller give backs too. She’s the best.

I had quite a big ask when meeting with Jenny… to sell a house that definitely needed TLC, as a first time seller, and on a time crunch. I wasn’t super hopeful about my experience BUT from the moment we spoke, she not only gave me more hope for my situation but made me almost excited for the possibilities! She’s such a friendly person and is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable not just about her field but about title as well, which was so helpful during the process. She kept us informed every step of the way without ever letting us feel overwhelmed or stressed (which was an incredible feat in and of itself). She was on time to every meeting and responded to every text/call in a friendly, warm, and timely manner. She never made us feel as if there was a stupid question (and I’m sure we had a ton!) Her kindness and compassion for her clients as well as enthusiasm for her job lends her to have great connections and she is nothing short of a miracle worker, being able to time everything and juggle everything so that it falls into place at the perfect time. She helped us as if we were her own family and definitely went so far above and beyond, I can see why she is one of the best realtors in the area! There’s absolutely NO way I could ever buy or sell another home without her!
