I don’t think any amount of writing can describe how amazing Amy is! She was so patient with my husband and I while going through this entire process. In the middle of house hunting, I unexpectedly lost my dad and it was such a horrible and unexplainable time for me and we decided to put our house hunt on hold. We have been with 3 other realtors before working with Amy. Its either they were too pushy, didnt know what we want, or was just there to show houses. Because of our initial buyers inept ability to understand the basic fundamentals of real estate transactions that anyone with a below average IQ would intuitively grasp, our home sale process did not go as smoothly as it should have gone in the traditional sense. Our initial buyer backed out 2 days short of closing without any warning and expected to get their entire escrow deposit back.
