I have heard from friends that buying a home is the most stressful times they have experienced. But my relator, Sun Im, made sure everything went smoothly on my purchase. Sun does his research into the home and neighborhood before showing. Whether you need information about the school system or nearest shopping mall, he has the information!! Sun is also a good negotiator. He was able to tell us the approximate price that was below the asking price. We submitted the price and soon after, the seller accepted!! No renegotiation needed!! Sun is a great relator that you need to sell or buy your dream home!! Highly recommend!
