Kristin was referred by a friend that had used her several times. We "interviewed " a few other agents, but knew right away Kristin was the best for us. Our agent, Kristen Rancke was recommended to us by my husband’s son who’s home Kristen also sold. I truly can not say enough about how hard she works to make sure your sale/ purchase goes as smooth as possible. She took so much stress off of me with the sale making sure she helped me get the house ready to list and had it sold with multiples offers over asking and went through everything with me in detail. She worked hard and got us 65K over list. The highest sale in my neighborhood actually. Then when it came to finding us a house she went above and beyond to go see homes for us and even when I wasn't available to see them due to work but she never wanted me to miss out on finding the home of my dreams.
