We have known Patrick for over 12 years now. Like us, he is a transplanted Bostonian. Back then he helped us with the purchase of our first Florida property, a condo in St Pete. Prices back then were super low, and Patrick worked with us through the process of bidding on multiple units before we were successful on one.
