Jessie is a worker, energetic, positive, a people person, a mover and shaker. She’s very thorough and professional. Looks at all the options, and is able to build trust and confidence through her expertise. She knows what she’s doing. She’s established in the community and has served as a great resource to us even after closing on our home. In our experience, the market was fairly crazy and at Jessie’s suggestion we looked at the possibility of building. After crunching the numbers, sure enough, building a brand new 2,300 sq ft home on 1 acre of land, would come out the same as purchasing a 40 year old, 1,000 sq ft fixer upper. She was able to direct us to a reliable builder (which was one of my greatest fears: hiring a sketchy contractor), and when we had the final inspection done, the inspector was very impressed with the quality of the work, which inspired us with even more confidence. Without Jessie, none of this would’ve been possible.
