If you’re looking for a real estate agent I highly recommend Shelley Eyler with Long and Foster / Team Reeder. She was very prompt in answering my call and met with me a couple of days later to sign the contract and she had my Moms estate house listed that day and had a contract on it 2 days later! She was in total communication with me every step of the way through closing which by the way was very fast! Again I highly recommend her whether you’re buying or selling a home.

We were on a 60 day deadline to find a home. When we first made contact with her we had a list of local listings we wanted to see. She was able to quickly set up the showings and tell us the houses that we should not consider further due to known repair issues or lengthy settlement periods. We found the house we wanted after the 4th or 5th showing. She quickly drafted the offer and the offer was approved the next morning. She was always available when we requested and was with us for every step of the process. She even recommended a better loan agent to smooth our process which turned out to be an amazing decision when we realized our original loan agent was not being completely honest with us. We ended up with a better loan offer and an amazing new home. Highly recommend.
