Arnold's listing of our unit produced 2 offers within 24 hours in the price range we had agreed upon. Once we had a contract, Arnold reached out to me every couple of days to check in on progress and make sure everything was moving smoothly. He was also in communication with the settlement attorneys when necessary. I felt I was in good hands through the entire process. And apart from his real estate skill, he is just a lovely gentleman.

It was not easy visiting condos via FaceTime but we knew that we could trust Ilene. She was honest when she would be visiting condos, and knew that this one was not for us. As first time Canadian buyers, there are many things to consider when buying, but also once the the sale is done. Ilene, is not in it just for the commission. She guided us from the beginning to the end, and even helped us with who to contact for electrical (FPL), water, alarm security, and HOA. She even referred us insurance contacts, and contractors for stuff we needed to do. Ana is a “yes” person, always responsive and ready to help. After our mom passed away, we were selling her house long-distance, which made things more complicated. Other agents said we’d need someone to do weekly house checks, but Ana offered to do these checks herself, plus take care of small but necessary tasks, which, from a distance, could otherwise be challenging and cause problems if not seen to. Ana is honest, straightforward, warm, and easy to work with. We are pleased with our experience of working with her and also with the outcome of the sale. My mother’s neighbor had given Ana his highest recommendation after working with her, and we give ours as well to anyone considering buying or selling a house.
