Laurel was great to work with, she was patient during our five month search. She was great at listening to what we wanted, while filtering out houses that did not meet our specifications. We had very particular wants, and an extensive "list" of non-starters with houses and properties. Laurel never grave up or voiced frustration, she continued to narrow her suggestions down to fit our desires. When we found the house we bought, she successfully handled our negotiations, inspections and move-in/closing process. South Florida real estate is too expensive and there are more traps and tricks than any place I've seen in the US. Do not trust such a major purchase to just any old Realtor, only use someone like Laurel who is knowledgeable, educated, passionate about her industry, and closely attuned to local market and community conditions.
