Great Communication and Not Pushy at all!

Joe is patient and provides great feedback for the purchaser.

Joe is very knowledgeable when it comes to markets and works with the client's price point. He provides the best value for your money and has good advice for desirable neighborhoods. We never felt pressured and were able to see many properties and ask questions. He has provided us with excellent service and would highly recommend him.

Great Communicator and Knowledgeable

We are from out of state and Joe really helped us understand the Sun City area and walked us through a lot since this was only our 2nd time purchasing a home. He was patient with us and did many things remotely for us when we were back in MN. Hard worker!
