"She was probably one one the best agents I’ve dealt with. I’ve bought and sold many houses"
Kathy Alexander
"Kathy was very dedicated to my pursuit of a new home in her area. She went the extra mile in quickly responding to my requests to see a certain house and went on the home inspection with the inspector so I didn't have to be there. She was friendly and helpful every time we met."

Lamanda has always been a big help and goes above and beyond to get a deal done! Polite, professional, knowledgable, and motivated are adjectives that describe her personality and work ethic. Thanks again Lamanda and talk to you on the next one!
LAMANDA JONES
I have dealt with many experienced and professional people during my many years as well as many more who did not possess these qualities. Never have I experienced anyone with the professional skills and knowledge of Ms Lamanda. I was so impressed with the caring and sharing of information as I bought my home and sold another property. She never once refused a text or phone call. If she was unsure about something she would always get my answer and get back to me. I highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a home.

"Kathy went above and beyond to help us get this beautiful home. We were in PA when I found it and we had been in contact with Kathy. We called her and she came to the house and face timed the house to us. Kathy did everything to make the purchase as easy as could be. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. She really did a great job!"

Teri Markley went above and beyond my expectations! As far as driving 100 miles to pick me up so I could look at Polk County homes. We had several problems with the closing inspections and Teri took care of them all right away. Best In Polk County!
