Having bought or sold a number of homes over the years in many different states across the country, I have worked with more than ten realtors. Of all those experiences, so far, my experience with Ms. Markley has been the best. Regarding my home that Ms. Markley helped me sell, there were a number of factors that made the sale very challenging, all of which were unique to my situation, including me being located out of state and two challenging tenants. Ms. Markley did an excellent job of researching comparable properties and helping me get the best possible price for my home, as well as selling it quickly, and navigating the challenges posed by the two aforementioned tenants. Throughout the sales process, Ms. Markley's communication was superb. Plus, she was happy to take on additional responsibilities at no additional cost and for which I do not believe most realtors would have been amenable. I am not one to give effusive praise to people who do not deserve it. In Ms. Markley's case, I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with her service, and I give her my highest possible recommendation.

Teresa gave excellent advice on the listing and kept us informed every step of the way. From the photo shoot and beautiful brochures, to the showings she was prompt, friendly and quick to respond. She is really familiar with the area and the local amenities.
