•After four years in Chicago, my wife and I were ready to move back to NC. House shopping online is sketchy at best, but via FaceTime Jerry spent hours showing us various houses we had identified. Jerry was always willing to point out the good and the not so good. Eventually we found a house and knew right away it was the one. Relatives in the area met Jerry for an in person showing and agreed with all of Jerry's assessments. My wife and I were ready to make an offer right away, so Jerry walked us through the offer and subsequent negotiations. Finally, we had a deal, now comes the time critical inspections, appraisal's, insurance, attorneys, etc. Through every step Jerry kept us informed and provided any paperwork needing signatures right away. If my wife or I ever had a question Jerry usually answered our call however if we ever had to leave a message, we got a return call quickly. I can't say enough good things about Jerry or our buying experience. From finding houses and Jerry online to meeting him in person for the first time at closing, it was all a textbook perfect experience! in summary, I'd definitely recommend Jerry to my friends, and I would certainly call on him again if/and when we ever move again.
