•Karen is so professional and communicates better than anyone I've ever dealt with. She had the best advice every step of the way and we did not know very much coming in, but she explained everything so well that we felt confident in every decision we made! Not only did she get our house sold, but she helped us get our dream home! She drove all over the place and made a million calls for us. I can't even describe how amazing she is and how much she did for us with words. Even when things got tough and hard decisions had to be made, she got us through it and we managed to get everything settled in our original time frame. If we had to do it again, we would call her immediately! But hopefully we never have to because our new home is so perfect for us! Other realtors we have dealt with in the past don't put in the care and effort Karen does for her clients. We went days without hearing from the other guys when we asked questions. With Karen, we sent her messages at all times of the day and night and never had to wait very long for a response. I love that we could text her any questions we had, even if they felt dumb. In the end, we felt like family and we are so happy that we chose her! Thank you Karen!!
