this is the first time i bought the house and it is my luck to work with Jin. He is helpful and tried his best to help me to negotiate the house and benefit me the most. not only that, he helped me in many things that i have no idea like inspection the house, got home warranty, and any paperwork that i have no idea after moving into the house. Highly recommended him to the first time buyers and who lack of experience like me.
