She was quick to get in to see a house and put an offer in, offered expertise recommendations on how to negotiate, and came up with steadfast solutions to counter negotiations. Jessica also took her time to show me around the neighborhoods so I can appreciate the feel of the environment. Mike was highly professional and kept us completely informed from start to finish- with what to expect, what steps he would be taking, what we needed to do/take care of, and the results of showings/open houses, etc. He was very proactive, attentive, and kept a positive, friendly attitude throughout. He was sensitive and considerate to the tenant living in the house we were selling- calling her directly (to which she had agreed) to arrange for open house times and days when it was convenient for her. He worked with us closely so we had realistic expectations in regards to the value of the property, the listing price and the local housing market in general. Due to his efforts, the house sold and we closed within an extremely short period of time. He saved us a great deal of money as a result. We couldn't be more pleased to give him our highest recommendation.
