We listed our house just shortly before two back-to-back hurricanes, and a move out of state. Mike's expertise and advice were invaluable in helping us to get everything ready to list and to show. We were fortunate that our house did not have water damage, but a lot of people did, and as the local housing market changed rapidly following the hurricanes, Mike helped us to price the property accordingly. He went out of his way to make sure things were the way they needed to be when we weren't able to be there and worked diligently until we had a sale. He worked with us and the title company to make sure that the sale went smoothly, even though we were having to do our part long distance. I've known Mike and his family for years. He is a man of integrity with an incredibly strong work ethic and a great sense of humor. We couldn't have done it without him!

After 6 months and 4 failed contracts, our home was finally sold. Mike worked tirelessly to ensure that this would happen for us. He was always available for questions and had our best interest at heart. 2 hurricanes came through which almost threatened the final contract. Mike went the extra mile to find a contractor to complete the work the buyer wanted done on her timeline and for her budget. He also made sure all the documentation was completed in a timely fashion and made sure we were provided the resources needed to obtain Home Owner’s insurance and to file for Homestead exemption. Mike did an excellent job of coordinating with a challenging seller. He assisted not only with the contract but with the added extensions as well as coordinating several vendors for me since I lived away from the home I was selling.
