Glad she was my realtor! As a realtor myself, I know what goes into a transaction from day one to beyond the closing table. Kristin knocked my socks off and I couldn’t have been happier to have had her representing me for my Florida Disney rental purchase!!!!

Kristin made what ended up being a pretty rocky sale and closing (due to the seller’s agent Beth Shaw from Swann Real Estate) very manageable. We’re really glad we had Kristin in our corner.

We cannot thank Kristin enough for helping us secure our dream home. Our journey was filled with several setbacks, and deals that fell through, but Kristin Stepped in and never gave up on us. Throughout the entire process, Kristin remained patient, supportive, and incredibly determined. Her deep knowledge of the market and unwavering dedication were evident every step of the way. She always had a positive attitude and provided us with invaluable guidance and reassurance. Even when we had 0 confidence- she made it happen!!! What truly set Kristin apart was her relentless effort to not give up!!!!!! Her commitment to our goals never wavered, even when things seemed bleak. Our sellers Agent was prob the most complicated human to live on planet earth. To the point we thought purchasing this home was impossible. Kristin stepped in after our first realtor could not get this villain to agree to anything. In the end, thanks to Kristin’s perseverance and expertise, we were able to purchase the home we had always dreamed of. We are beyond grateful for her hard work and dedication. We highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a realtor who is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. She turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a rewarding and successful journey. Thank you, Kristin for making our dream a reality! Monique was very helpful, knew the market very well and gave us a lot of recommendations during the selling process. We followed her instructions and we received a cash full offer in 1 day! She was also our agent when we bought the home, both processes went very smooth.
