Kristin was proactive, punctual, helpful and excited through the whole process of finding us a home. She kept us informed the whole time and was always just a phone call away. Always available for us and full of helpful advice. Her team with Carolina and her mother Debbie is just awesome. Any questions we had were answered within minutes no matter what time of day. We never felt like a bother. It’s obvious that Kristin has a talent for this business and we are so grateful to her and her team.

We found out that we needed to move on pretty short notice. I asked Kristin if she would be our realtor and she said yes and a just a couple days later she set up 5 houses for us to see! She was proactive, punctual, helpful and excited through the whole process. Kept us informed the whole time and was always just a message or phone call away. Always available for us and full of helpful advice. Her team between herself, Carolina and her mother Debbie is just awesome. Any questions we had were answered within minutes no matter what day or time. It is obvious that Kristin has a talent for this business and we are so grateful to her and her team.

I have never seen such a fantastic team! We had a very unusual circumstance come up while processing an offer/sale. This situation had never happened before. But Kristin and her team did not give up. In fact, much of the investigation helped the prospective buyers. So this team will go the extra, extra mile to find answers. The communication is beyond belief. I never had to wait for call backs, Kristin always answered her phone right away. Wonderful and caring people. I cannot compliment them enough and absolutely recommend Kristin and her team.

Working with Kristin was a very smooth enjoyable experience. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. She was there every step of the way and very accessible for any call, question or guidance needed. I was not looking forward to the process and she made it look easy. That’s what the great ones do; they make hard look easy. She was a blessing to us for sure!
