I was so grateful for Michael's help in finding a house to buy in a really tight market. He was always responsive to emails and texts, and got me into houses right away when I asked to see them. Once I had a contract on a house, he went the extra mile to find an insurance company who would insure my purchase since the roof was more than 15 years old. I didn't even have to ask him to do it; he was like, "I've got this." He always showed up on time for showings, inspections, the appraisal, and closing, which is important to someone like me who is always on a schedule. I appreciated his experience and knowledge, not only in regard to the housing market, but the element of human nature and emotion that goes into a high-stress process like home buying. Always supportive, never pushy, genuinely concerned that the house be the right house for me—and it was.

Trying to purchase a home in Florida while living in New York is no easy task. Linda was there for us for the entire journey - first explaining the various types of communities that are available, to being open to meeting with a friend that lives in the area to show them properties, to the final step of purchasing and closing on our new home. Even when we were in a car accident 10 minutes before our closing! She waited until we finished up with the Police report! We would recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.

I had a great first experience with Sherry when she was the buyer’s agent buying my home. I can tell she was honest and cared about her clients. So I went to her in buying my own home. Sherry is extremely thorough and makes sure you never drop the ball on anything. She is just a pleasure to work with and checks all the boxes on what you need from an agent. I can also tell Sherry has a great team and was getting expert advice and support from her office. I hate selling and buying real estate. It’s such a painful process, but Sherry made it bearable. My wife and I had been searching for a second home in Sarasota, FL for a while, but we struggled to find an agent that we could trust. Then we met Sean!
