Nancy was extremely professional and did an overall supreme job of selling our home. When the buyer ran into trouble with her loan, due to HOA insurance coverage, Nancy rescued the buyer and the sale. Through her contacts, she was able to recommend another lender to the buyer's agent, which the buyer went with and the sale closed a week ahead of time. It was amazing for after wasting 30 days with the Rocket Mortgage, Supreme Lending and Ali closed in about 23 days. Nancy is definitely a full service agent, and I would recommend her at the highest level.

I met Francine when she was leaving my neighbor from upstairs since she sold them their condo. Sha immediately answered my call. She came backnext day and started to talk about putting my condo on the Market. Nancy LaBare provided us with updates on the market and helpful hints for showing our home. My Dad chose Nancy as our realtor because of her professionalism selling the condo next door. My parents are in their 90's and it was time to become more involved in their care. Nancy worked beautifully and so compassionately with my parents and my brothers and I. She gave continuous updates and respected all the restrictions during the COVID 19 pandemic. She personally would come in and disinfect the home before and after she showed it to potential clients. She went above and beyond the call of duty providing and searching for any information that was needed to sell and she negotiated an excellent deal that was extremely fair to both the buyer and the seller. She gets an A+ in our book.
