Our condo had been on the market for 6 months with at least 14 open houses and only 2 private showings by other realtors, we received no offers. Then we met Kristine. I sent him several listings on short notice, and he drove around with me all day until I found the right home. He encouraged me all the way through very difficult contractual terms, and he never let up until I got my new home. He will always be aces to me. He attended the initial walk through with the inspector, and attended the final walk through as well. I can say he worked his tail off to make my dream a reality. Thomas was instrumental in aiding us with our home purchase. Residing on the West coast and purchasing in Florida presents unique challenges and Thomas helped every step of the way. He facilitated lining up properties to view on a short trip there, went to properties and shot video and FaceTimed for us back home, researched permits for repairs on properties for our evaluation. There was nothing he couldn’t do to help us. On the property we finally closed on he quarterbacked the whole transaction from start to finish and he was available anytime despite the time difference.
