My sister and I needed to sell our deceased father’s condo, and since we live in another state finding a local realtor felt like a difficult task. One of Dad’s neighbors recommended Kristine to us and we’re so happy she did! Cleaning out the condo was an enormous task, especially since we had to make multiple trips over several months. We contacted (and contracted with) Kristine when we had removed all the items the family wanted to keep but it was still full of items that needed to be disposed of or donated. Kristine was fabulous and took on the job of arranging to have all this taken care of, which took a huge burden off us. No sooner was this job completed than Kristine called and said someone wanted to look at the condo even though it hadn’t been listed yet. The couple was debating between Dad’s condo and another in the complex, and Kristine used her skills to help the couple conclude that Dad’s condo had more to offer despite not being move-in ready as the other condo was. She brought a cash offer that was acceptable to us and we closed two weeks later. Kristine’s communication with us was prompt and clear, which was important since we were doing business long distance. She’s professional in every way, but so warm and caring that we felt like we made a new friend in the short time we worked with her. We highly recommend Kristine!
